- Find a quiet spot where you won't be disturbed
- When the audio guide is over stay relaxed a little while longer and allow any thoughts or images that come up to simply be and then dissipate in their own time
- The goal is to neutralize emotional charge but this is a feeling process so if you get overwhelmed or you feel stuck in a memory that is highly charged, leave that scene and focus instead on sensations in your body, describe them to bring your consciousness back to the present.
