Choosing What You Want 👉 On Creating Positive Spirals
It's never over.
That's the nature of infinity.
The more you're ready, the more you experience.
And those experiences build, and you change, and you're ready for more.
When you're in pain – when you feel trapped – all you want is the end.
For it to be over.
But that gets you into a certain pattern of living, where you're just waiting for the end, instead of waiting for more, or next.
When you're not in pain, when you feel safe, you crave continuance, instead of ending. You find more things you would like to continue, instead of things you wish would end.
They're both self-feeding cycles, but getting from one to another can be challenging. Especially when you don't even realize the pattern you're in, let alone how to disrupt it.
Now that you've had some experience with circumstances and settings that are actually supportive, the difference is too vast for you to ever tolerate the alternative for very long.
You still have the same amount of energy but you're focused more often on what you would like to see expanding and taking up more of your life.
And this just feels so much better.
The distance between who you were, and who you are now, can be repeated. It's endless.
Your expansion does not have a limit. Sit with this truth. You do not have a limit. Your potential for joyous experience, comprehension, connection – does not have a limit.
We invite you to explore further and experience the magnitude of possibility available when you choose and keep choosing what you want.
About this message: In my nightly meditation ritual, I pose the question, "what does my eternal self wish me to know?" It's an attempt to connect with my truer self, the one beyond personality and cultural conditioning, the one who is and was and is to come – what some would call "the soul." Through automatic writing, the response is relayed without conscious attention and as much authenticity of feeling as possible. The messages often surprise me or alter my perspective deeply. They are always filled with love and assurance, which I have had a hard time finding in this life.
